The facilitators are very professional and guide you through each step of the way. They really do know what they are doing. From the rituals to the timing of each part of the event to the music to the comfort and choice of delicious food I always feel very safe in their environment and I always leave feeling release, spiritually refreshed and ready to start over with gratitude and positivity.
